Namun, banjir berulang di Jalan RA Basuni, Desa Jampirogo, Kabupaten Mojokerto menunjukkan kinerja drainase yang kurang optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi kinerja saluran drainase tertutup dan menghitung Angka Kebutuhan Nyata Operasi dan Pemeliharaan (AKNOP) untuk mendukung perbaikan berkelanjutan. Metode yang digunakan meliputi survei lapangan, inventarisasi komponen teknis, dan penilaian kinerja berdasarkan kondisi fisik, sedimen, serta bangunan pelengkap. Hasil penilaian menunjukkan indeks kondisi rata-rata 3,125 (kapasitas fungsi 51%–75%), yang memerlukan pemeliharaan rutin. Estimasi total biaya pemeliharaan rutin saluran sepanjang 80 meter adalah Rp 53.746.944. Rekomendasi utama adalah memprioritaskan pemeliharaan bangunan penangkap air dan manhole yang kondisinya di bawah standar untuk meningkatkan kinerja drainase dan mengurangi risiko banjir.</p> <p><em>Urban drainage systems function to collect, infiltrate, and convey stormwater to receiving water bodies in accordance with Ministry of Public Works Regulation No.12/PRT/M/2014. However, recurring floods along RA Basuni Street, Jampirogo Village, Mojokerto Regency, indicate suboptimal drainage performance. This study aims to evaluate the performance of the closed drainage network and calculate the Actual Operation and Maintenance Needs (AKNOP) to support sustainable improvements. The methodology includes field surveys, technical component inventory, and performance assessment based on physical conditions, sediment accumulation, and ancillary structures. The assessment yielded an average condition index of 3.125, indicating a functional capacity of 51%–75%, which requires routine maintenance. The estimated total maintenance cost for 80 meters of closed drainage is IDR 53,746,944. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh peristiwa banjir, tiga desa di Kecamatan Sooko mengalami genangan parah akibat meluapnya sungai di Desa Modongan yang meluas hingga ke jalan. Untuk mengevaluasi kinerja saluran drainase terbuka di Jalan Modongan, Kabupaten Mojokerto, yang sering mengalami genangan air saat musim hujan, dilakukan studi ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi dan menghitung biaya operasional serta pemeliharaan berdasarkan Analisis Kebutuhan Nyata Operasi dan Pemeliharaan (AKNOP). Metode penelitian dilakukan dengan observasi lapangan, penilaian kondisi eksisting, inventarisasi, serta evaluasi kondisi fisik saluran dan bangunan pelengkap seperti gorong-gorong dan jalan inspeksi. Penelitian ini mengacu pada Peraturan Menteri Pekerjaan Umum No.12/PRT/M/2014. Nilai indeks saluran sebesar 3,0625 yang menunjukkan bahwa fungsi saluran berada pada kisaran 51%–75%, sehingga memerlukan pemeliharaan rutin. Total biaya yang dibutuhkan untuk pemeliharaan rutin saluran terbuka sepanjang 80 meter diperkirakan sebesar Rp 67.426.806. Rekomendasi utama dari penelitian ini adalah memprioritaskan pemeliharaan jalan inspeksi, pemangkasan rumput di sekitar tanggul, serta pengerukan sedimen secara rutin guna meningkatkan kinerja drainase di sepanjang Jalan Modongan dan mengurangi risiko genangan</p> <p> </p> <p><em>Urban drainage an important role in managing water flow and reducing the risk of flooding. This research is motivated by recent flooding events reported, where three villages in Sooko District experienced significant inundation were affected due to the overflow of the river in Modongan Village, which extended to the roadways. To evaluate performance of open drainage channels on Modongan Street, Mojokerto Regency, which often experiences waterlogging during the rainy season. This study was used to evaluate and calculate the operating and maintenance costs of the Operation and Maintenance Real Needs (AKNOP). The research method is by conducting field observations, existing conditions, inventory, physical conditions of channels and building conditions such as culverts and inspection roads. By referring to the regulation of the Ministry of Public Works No.12/PRT/M/2014. In calculation results, the channel index value of 3.0625 indicates the functioning of the channel 51%-75%, then needs to be routine maintenance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik limbah cair industri kayu lapis, menganalisis proses pengolahan limbah cair Industri kayu lapis, dan menganalisis unit IPAL dalam meremoval kadar pencemar pada limbah cair dari kegiatan operasional Industri kayu lapis. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan menggunakan data sekunder dari Industri kayu lapis terkait. Hasil analisis penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan operasional Industri kayu lapis menghasilkan limbah cair yang mengandung parameter pencemar tinggi sehingga memerlukan pengolahan sebelum dibuang ke lingkungan. Instalasi pengolahan air limbah yang dapat digunakan meliputi IPAL domestik (STP) dan IPAL Industri WWTP. Limbah cair Industri kayu lapis yang telah terolah dari IPAL telah memenuhi standar baku mutu air limbah yang ditetapkan sesuai dengan Peraturan Gubernur Jawa Timur No. 72 Tahun 2013 Baku Mutu Air Limbah Industri Kayu Lapis dan Peraturan Menteri Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan No. 68 Tahun 2016 Baku Mutu Air Limbah Domestik. In the future, PT X plans to open laboratory testing services in the animal feed sector, so the condition of PT X's B3 Waste Temporary Storage Site (TPS) needs to be redesigned to comply with applicable regulations. Therefore, it is necessary to redesign the company's B3 Waste TPS building to comply with PP No. 22 of 2021 and PermenLHK No. 6 of 2021. This journal is aimed at redesigning PT X’s B3 waste temporary storage site so that it meets the established regulations and improves B3 waste storage activities at PT X. This research journal begins with collecting data, type, and characteristics of hazardous waste. Based on data on the amount of B3 Waste output, the storage capacity of the B3 Waste TPS at PT X can be said to still not be in accordance with applicable regulations. Pada IPAL PT.X, yang bergerak di sektor industri kertas, ditemukan permasalahan berupa sludge yang tidak mengendap secara sempurna dan terbawa ke aliran overflow. Kondisi ini menyebabkan peningkatan beban organik dan padatan pada unit berikutnya, serta menurunkan efisiensi keseluruhan proses pengolahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja primary clarifier berdasarkan parameter waktu tinggal, total suspended solids (TSS), dan kecepatan pengendapan. Metode yang digunakan meliputi pengambilan data debit limbah, uji laboratorium TSS pada inlet dan outlet clarifier, serta analisis hubungan antara kecepatan pengendapan dan efisiensi reduksi. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa efisiensi penurunan TSS masih dapat ditingkatkan dengan pengaturan debit aliran, optimasi dosis flokulan, dan perbaikan desain hidraulik. Rekomendasi perbaikan teknis diberikan untuk meningkatkan performa clarifier dan mendukung sistem pengolahan limbah yang lebih efektif dan berkelanjutan<em>.</em></p> <p><strong><em>ABSTRACT</em></strong></p> <p><em>The primary clarifier plays a crucial role in wastewater treatment systems, serving to separate suspended solids from effluent prior to biological processing. At the wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) of PT.X, a paper manufacturing company, operational issues were identified in the form of incomplete sludge settling, resulting in sludge carry-over through the overflow outlet. This condition contributes to increased organic and solid loads on subsequent treatment units and reduces overall process efficiency. This study aims to evaluate the performance of the primary clarifier by analyzing detention time, total suspended solids (TSS), and sedimentation velocity. The methods include flow rate measurement, laboratory testing of TSS at both inlet and outlet points, and graphical analysis of the relationship between settling velocity and removal efficiency. Results indicate that TSS reduction efficiency can be improved by adjusting influent flow rates, optimizing the use of flocculants, and refining hydraulic design parameters.
